Our group also keeps several tutorials for those who are interested in learning more about literate programming or bioinformatics.

Teaching

• Report: Notes on how to write a report. Can also serve as report template.
• funBi: Small two hour tutorial that aims at introducing bioinformatics for highschool students.

Tutorials

• Ltp: Learning to Program. As we said in the software section, we aim to present our programs as literate programs addressed to human readers rather than to machines. The package Ltp contains a gentle introduction to our take on literate programming.
• Bioinformer: Collection of graphical programs for demonstrating some of the Bioinformatics ideas described in the textbook Introduction to Computational Biology. An Evolutionary Approach by Bernhard Haubold and Thomas Wiehe.
