Courses

We run two annual one-week courses, an introduction to sequence analysis on the command line, Bioinformatics for Evolutionary Biologists, and a course on Go programming, Go Programming, Biologists! .

These courses usually start in February with the introduction to the command line, and then the programming one in March.

Blockpraktikum and Internships

We often host students who need to complete internships or projects in order to finish their degrees. If you are interested in working with us please contact us with your CV and your main area of interest (computer science and/or bioinformatics).
